Non-refundable token to block dates.
Upon finalization of 3D views and layouts.
Before on-site work begins (Purchase of plywood/hardware).
Before application of laminates, paint, or polish.
Upon final cleaning and key handover.
We commit to a 45-60 day timeline for standard 3BHK projects. However, the clock starts only after all designs and materials are finalized. Delays caused by society permissions, client changes mid-project, or force majeure are not covered under our penalty clause.
Our 10-Year Warranty covers manufacturing defects in:
*Physical damage, water damage (unless waterproof material specified), and normal wear-and-tear are excluded.
If the project is cancelled after the design phase, the design fee (20% of total) will be retained. Custom furniture (modular kitchens, wardrobes) once sent to production cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
